Cancellation Refund & Return/Exchange Policy

1. We will only accept return requests if we delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes/we delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and good conditions before we send it out.

2. Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is
different”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.

3. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

4. Sale and discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present in the original packaging.

6. Refund/Exchange will be process ONLY with Original sales receipt.

7. Once received, For online order we'll process the refund and notify you via Whatsapp. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 3-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

8. For In-Store purchase if you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card.

9. It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item(s) is not refundable and will be borne by you.

10. Any order cancellation request will not be entertained.
